A commercial contract is any agreement that has anything to do with doing business. Hells bells that’s broad isn’t it? ‘Yes’ is the only way to answer that. So any contract that has anything to do with business can be classified as a ‘commercial contract’.

Do all these contracts look different?

Believe it or not the answer to this is generally speaking ‘no’ , most busines contracts have a certain structure and so once you have looked at a few hundred of them (or a few thousand in our case) it becomes relatively easy to work out where the legal issues are in relation to the relevant contract.
